Acceptable Use

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules that apply to everyone who accesses or uses the UseHirable platform.

UseHirable may suspend or terminate access to any account found to be in breach of this policy.

Who This Policy Applies To

  • Individual job seekers using the platform on a free or paid basis.
  • Organisations or representatives accessing or integrating with UseHirable services.
  • Anyone accessing the platform on behalf of another individual or entity.

Prohibited Content

  • Unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive content.
  • False or misleading information about identity, qualifications, work history, or credentials.
  • Malware, spam, phishing, unsolicited commercial communication, or malicious code.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

Prohibited Platform Conduct

  • Creating false accounts, impersonating others, sharing credentials, or bypassing plan limits.
  • Manipulating job scores, rankings, recommendations, auto-apply thresholds, or other platform systems.
  • Scraping, reverse engineering, probing, scanning, or disrupting the platform without written authorisation.
  • Misusing AI features, connected email features, or automation in ways that violate law, policy, or product rules.

Job Application Conduct

When you use UseHirable application tools, you confirm that the information included in applications is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are applying for roles you genuinely intend to pursue.

Submitting applications containing false or misleading information may constitute fraud and may result in suspension or termination.

Employer and Recruiter Conduct

Employers and recruiters must handle candidate data in accordance with applicable data protection law and use candidate data only to evaluate the candidate for the relevant role.

Reporting and Enforcement

Reports can be sent to Admin@usehirable.com with details of the relevant concern, account, content, and supporting information.

Depending on severity, we may warn the account holder, remove content, restrict features, suspend access, terminate access, or refer the matter to relevant authorities.
