We want usehirable.com and all platform surfaces to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, or other assistive technologies.

We are working to make the platform conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a recognised good-practice accessibility standard.

UseHirable is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means some parts of the platform do not yet fully meet the standard.

• Keyboard navigation throughout the platform.
• Screen reader compatibility for job listings, application flows, and dashboard content.
• Sufficient colour contrast and clear focus indicators.
• Alternative text for meaningful images and icons.
• Accessible labels, form errors, video, and audio content where applicable.

• Some dynamically generated content may not always be fully navigable by screen readers.
• Some interactive data visualisations or progress indicators may not have full screen reader support.
• Interview preparation recording features require camera and microphone access and may have limited accessibility for some users.
• Some third-party embedded components may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA.

We aim to respond within 5 business days with a solution or an alternative way to access the information or feature.
